EE227: Fundamentals of Semiconductor Physics

Semiconductor physics is examined for advanced new materials and devices. Discusses how familiar concepts are extended to new electronics. Intended for students interested in electrical engineering, physics, and materials science applications. Good familiarity with basic electromagnetism and quantum physics is assumed. Enrollment restricted to graduate students.
