EE270: Neural Implant Engineering

Advanced studies of the basic neuroscience-engineering design requirements and technological issues associated with implantable neural prostheses, with particular emphasis on retinal and cortical function. Course is team-taught via remote web cast. A basic understanding of physics, circuit theory, and electronics is required. Enrollment restricted to graduate students; juniors and seniors may enroll by permission of instructor.
