Weekly seminar series covering topics of current research interest in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) design, fabrication, and applications. Current research work and literature in these areas are discussed. Enrollment restricted to graduate students. Undergraduates may enroll with permission of instructor.
