Weekly self/team assessment reporting is part of your individual performance grade for each Sprint. Your status reports are evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Completeness: Is every assessment criteria complete, with a rank ordering of all team members, including the person performing the ranking?
  • Accurate: Is the assessment accurate with respect to what occurred in the team over the past week? For example, if someone receives a high ranking for performance, but has little to no code checked in for the week, this would appear to be an inaccurate ranking.
  • Accomplishments: The list of accomplishments for the week is present, and is a correct description of tasks performed over the prior week. If there were no accomplishments, describe why this occurred.
