Problem to think about: 3 gold balls and 3 silver balls are placed

randomly into 3 bags.    A random ball is selected and it is gold!

What is the probability that if a second ball is selected from the same bag that it is  also gold!

Prob (X) = # of ways of X/ total # of ways.

When proving something false one counter example will suffice.

To show something is true, one must argue for all cases...

CHAPTER 5:   MINIMAX

minimax ALPHA-BETA    (COMPUTES THE SAME THING BUT FASTER - ESPECIALLY IF NODES

ARE PROPERLY ORDERED).

CHESS graphs:  nODES = PIECES AND SQUARES AROUND KING.
