ECE254: Radar, Synthetic Aperture Radar, and ISAR

Introduces radar signal processing, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and inverse SAR (ISAR). Focuses on the fundamentals and design principles of modern radar systems. Students use hands-on computer simulations to build a strong background in radar sensor systems that can be applied to a variety of problems, such as medical imaging, ground-penetrating radar imaging for geophysical exploration, and the use of radar sensor systems for satellite-based SAR.
