ECE280Q: Seminar on Quantum Electronics and Nanoelectronics

Weekly series covers current research in quantum electronics including electron and photon transport in nanostructures; nanoscale heat transport; optoelectronic integrated circuits; nanoscale devices for energy conversion; micro-refrigeration; thermal and acoustic imaging of nanostructures. Current research work and recent literature are discussed. Enrollment restricted to graduate students; undergraduates may enroll by permission of instructor.
